Usually I take a week off every 4 weeks but its been 5 weeks so its time to rest up my body๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ’ค I will still be eating reasonably if not 100% healthy I just won’t be working out! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ช my posts may be a little slacking oroff but I will try to keep up daily! But I basically eat the same thing everyday so! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ช.
